I know this is an older machine but the owner insists on it being fixed. We just put in a fuser for jamming. That worked out, though the machine fuser...
Hello, I dont work on many printers, mainly copiers. This printer jams just after the paper enters the fuser. It does just go past the sensor actuator....
C-450i accordian jam at fuser entrance , J-3003 code
This C450i jam at fuser rollers (not turning), no errors message or indication prior to problem. It worked until midday then started showing J-3003 codes...
Machine has 20k in total. First toners inside (OEM of course. Paper came out with clean picture but toner is smearing under the fingers (not fixed)....

Hi has anyone any tips as to how I can stop my paper jamming when printing A3 full colour? If I don't leave a 10mm white top margin it always jams once...
