Bit of a weird (at least to me) issue. I installed the machine a month ago. Did the auto centering adjustments for all trays (2 x main body + 3 x PF-707m), got good values within spec ([-200, +200], actually pretty close to 0). Machine was printing fine with consistent, near perfect front and front to back registration (after also doing the both sides adj. manually).
Then out of nowhere, I started getting significant skew from Tray 5 where I keep my 13x19" 350 gsm coated stock (see attached pdf). Note that absolutely nothing had been changed since the day before, where the machine was working just fine. I tried re-doing the auto centering adj. for Tray 5. I do not remember the original value for this tray (but say it was something like -30 or something like that), after doing the adjustment with the paper I had in the tray I got +500 (way out of spec).
I took out the centering sensor in the ADU just before the 2nd transfer roller and cleaned it. It wasn't dirty but I cleaned it anyway. Re-run the adjustment 1-2 times, got values around +350 ±30 (better but still way off).
Then I did Tray 1 on the main body with 100 gsm uncoated A3 and while it did change from its original value of something along the lines of a ±30 to a -148 (did the adjustment twice and got a similar result), which is still within spec.
Then finally I tried the auto centering adj. on Tray 4 on the PF with 150 gsm 13x19", same type of coated stock as the stuff sitting in Tray 5. Went from a -17 to a -231 and I tried printing out a sheet and it was still skewed from leading edge to trailing edge.
I cleaned the centering sensor multiple times, inspecting the paper path from the PF to the ADU for any pieces of paper or any other debris but couldnt find any.
The manual points out that at this point there is something wrong with the way the PF is installed to the main body (height, tilt of the unit). I loosened the 6 screws that hold the PF to the brackets on the main body and there wasn't any sort of movement of the unit.

Hi everyone,
I'm running into a persistent Paper Jam Error 21 on my Epson TM-C7500G label printer. I've tried the usual steps — checking for debris, cleaning the sensors, restarting the printer — but the error keeps coming back, even when the label path looks clear.
Has anyone dealt with this specific error before?
? Is it related to the feed tray or printhead alignment?
? Could firmware updates help?
